  • Our average turnaround time for most custom projects is typically one week or less. However, we recommend anticipating a timeframe of at least 7-10 business days in case special materials need to be ordered—such as custom tooling, hardware, or specialty raw materials that are not typically stocked. Upon receiving your quote, we will provide a completion estimate. In most cases, within one business day of your approval for the quote, we finalize your design and prepare it for manufacture. We take pride in offering the absolute fastest turnaround time possible, including next-day rush manufacturing for many custom parts and batch production completed in as little as 10 business days!

  • Upon approval of our quote, you will receive a 3D mockup and 2D drawings with dimensions, ensuring your items match your expectations precisely. No cuts are initiated until you confirm the design and are completely satisfied. If any errors occur, we will rectify them at no additional cost to you.

  • For most items, bulk or volume discounts are available. Customers often opt for a sample before committing to a larger order. The cost of a sample or single unit is inevitably higher than that of a production run, given the additional time required for building the initial machine operations and creating any necessary custom fixtures for your items. We also maintain a database of all our customer designs, streamlining future orders without the need to reconstruct machine operations or custom fixtures.

  • For projects with a total cost under $1,000, payment is not required until the work is completed. An exception is made for large custom signs necessitating the order of specialty materials. Projects exceeding $1,000 or falling under the category of large custom signs are subject to a deposit requirement, ranging from 30-50% of the total project cost, prior to initiation of the custom order. With the exception of our NET 30 customers, full payment is required before shipping, at the time of pickup, or within 5 days of project completion.

  • Yes! We offer shipping for nearly everything, with rare exceptions for oversized items such as signs. LTL freight is available for large volume orders, but it is usually not cost-effective for shipping large outdoor signs. After receiving payment, orders are shipped within one business day, and customers typically receive them within 3-5 business days.

  • Our prices are determined by material cost and the anticipated time required for manufacturing. This encompasses the time spent on building CAD models, custom machine operations, and expected machine time. We maintain affordability by consistently opting for the most cost-effective manufacturing process for your items. For instance, while something could be CNC machined, we might choose laser cutting as the most cost-effective method, thereby saving both our time and your money.

  • No, our material costs are established at the current market rate. For example, the price of quality plywood can fluctuate monthly, leading to variations in its cost. In instances where specialty materials need to be ordered, a shipping or pickup charge may be added to the material cost. However, our earnings come solely from the actual design and manufacturing services provided.

Terms on Invoices and Estimates

Net 30 Payment Terms

Payment for goods/services is due within 30 days from the delivery date. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR) on outstanding balances. Please contact our Accounts Payable at ap@launchmakerlab.com for any inquiries.

Estimate Terms

Estimates are approximations based on client-provided information and are subject to change upon project finalization. Clients will be notified of any changes before additional charges are applied. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Standard Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is due upon project completion. For quotations, the remaining balance is payable upon completion. If no quotation is provided, an agent will provide the final amount, with a detailed receipted invoice sent within 72 hours of payment.
